**Your Role:**
As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at fostering seamless project execution:

• Engage in detailed consultations with clients, executives, and software developers to discuss potential projects and outline their parameters.
• Analysing briefing information together with software developers
• Drafting of estimates/offers together with software developers
• Strategically blueprint software projects, encompassing scope definition, resource allocation, deadline establishment, communication strategy formulation, and meticulous testing and maintenance planning.
• Assemble and lead project teams, guiding them through each project phase while providing insightful leadership.
• Assume a proactive role in every stage of projects, ensuring meticulous supervision and adherence to deadlines.
• Skilfully track milestones, deliverables, and accommodate change requests, ensuring project alignment with evolving needs.
• Serve as a liaison to relay crucial information about changes, achieved milestones, and other pertinent updates.
• Guarantee seamless delivery of completed software products to clients, while conducting regular performance evaluations to maintain excellence.

**Mandatory Requirements:**
We seek candidates who meet the following mandatory qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, highlighting your capacity to navigate intricate project landscapes.
• A strong command of project estimation techniques, underscoring your analytical acumen.
• Thorough understanding of technical fundamentals of Website/App CMS and frameworks as well as UI requirements
• Effective leadership skills, adept decision-making abilities, and a knack for organizational finesse.
• An unwavering attention to detail and a proven track record of adeptly multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English
• Highly driven attitude

• Proficiency in software development, underscoring your multifaceted understanding of project intricacies.
• Possession of a Project Management Certificate, a testament to your dedication to refining your craft.
