Starting Gross Salary: 1000 EUR/month budgeted

People in Need (PIN) has been operating in the Western Balkans since 1992 in response to the 1992-1995 Bosnian war, providing humanitarian aid to those affected by the conflict in BiH as well as in Kosovo in 1998. People in Need (PIN) is seeking to hire an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator to cover the projects in Kosovo and North Macedonia with the focus on development of CSOs and Circular Economy.
People in Need (PIN) is seeking to hire an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator for its WB programmes
Under the strategic guidance of the Regional Head of Programmes, and the technical oversight by Regional Advisor for MEAL, the MEAL Coordinator supervises the MEAL staff, directly supports project managers in understanding and implementing monitoring and evaluation activities and works in close cooperation with various stakeholders and partners. MEAL Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and quality of all MEAL related processes and activities in compliance with donor’s guidelines and PIN’s standards. The MEAL Coordinator works in close cooperation with project partners’ teams, ensuring capacity development, work planning, and coordination of partners’ staff engaged in monitoring and data collection activities. The MEAL Coordinator will contribute to adaptive management and achievement of project objectives by ensuring that MEAL inputs and data are available in a timely manner, including taking the lead on regular lessons learnt workshops.
The MEAL Coordinator is responsible for an effective management Community Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) on the respective country level.
