Call for expression of Interest

The GIZ project “Support to the EU Integration Reform Processes in Kosovo” invites suitably qualified companies to submit their proposal for the development and design of the "open data" module in the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo web framework and integration with the Employment Management Information System for data consumption. This activity is expected to be implemented for the time-period March-July 2023.

The checklist below provides further information about the conditions and expectations of the GIZ. Based on the responses to this Request for Information, GIZ will pre-qualify companies that will then be sent a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be formally invited to submit more detailed proposals. Response to the Request for Information does not necessarily imply that your company will receive the tender papers.

Based on the outcome of the RFP, the GIZ will offer a contract to the Company selected. Please note that all correspondence and dealing with the GIZ must be in English or German.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

1. Proof of company’s legal status (registration and/or certification documentation), Company details (name, postal address, email address, web page if applicable, contact person, bank information, etc.), date of incorporation within their initial response.
2. Companies should provide the names of 2 reference clients with whom they have provided a similar work as required by the GIZ. The Company should note that References may be contacted by the GIZ at any time.

Interested companies are invited to submit their electronic application in English language. The deadline for submitting the application is 08.03.2023 at 15:00, via email at: procurement.kosovo@giz.de, titled/labelled as “83433303– Expression of Interest.”

• The size of emails for quotation is limited to 30 MB. In case the quotations exceed the maximum data size, quotation documents must be sent via filetransfer.giz.de.
