Sales Representative - German Language
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive and makes phone calls and email-s to customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues.
• Presenting purchase offers to buyers and preparing purchase agreements.
• Developing a competitive market price by comparing the industry.
• Promote sales of products through advertisements, fairs and direct sales.
• Develop content for sales presentations and other materials.
• Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
• Attend conventions, seminars and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about our industry.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Conduct research to identify solutions and answers to difficult client issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in the German language.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
• Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
• Competency in Microsoft applications.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
