SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.2) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
III.2.1) Eligibility Requirements: For each tear 1. A Statement under oath that the economic operator meets the eligibility requirements under the PPL no. 04 L-042, amended and supplemented with the law No. 04 L-237, law No. 05 L-068 and law No.05 L-092 – form Annex 2, tender dossier. 2.Confirmation from the Tax Administration of your country of the establishment, that you are not delinquent in the payment of taxes at least until the last quarter prior to the submission of the tender - only for the winner. 3. Confirmation from the Court - A document issued by the competent court, which confirms that the economic operator meets the Suitability Requirements - to be issued at least until the last quarter prior to the submission of the tender - original notarized copy - only for the winner. Documentary evidence required 1.Statement under oath, signed and stamped. 2.A confirmation from the Tax Administration - only for the winner. 3.Confirmation from the Court, original or notarized copy - only for the winner. |
III.2.2) Professional Suitability: For each tear 1. Being registered as an economic operator in the professional, commercial and or corporate register in the state of establishment of the economic operator. 2.The economic operator must have a VAT certificate. 3. Provide a written statement that you meet the technical specification Documentary evidence required: 1.Valid business registration certificate – copy 2.VAT certificate - copy. 3. Written statement signed and sealed |
III.2.3) Economic and financial capacity Request for IT - LOT – 1: IT equipment supply 1.The turnover of the Economic Operator in the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) must be in total not less than 340,000.00 €. Documentary evidence required: 1.Copies of financial reports (for the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) certified by a reputable registered audit company or an independent licensed auditor or Copies of Annual Tax Returns submitted to the Tax Administration of Kosovo for the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) Request for IT - LOT-2 : Supply of medical equipment: 1.The turnover of the Economic Operator in the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) must be in total not less than 200,000.00 €. Documentary evidence required: 1.Copies of financial reports (for the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) certified by a reputable registered audit company or an independent licensed auditor or Copies of Annual Tax Returns submitted to the Tax Administration of Kosovo for the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021) |
III.2.4) Technical and professional capacity: Request for IT - LOT – 1: IT equipment supply 1.The economic operator must provide evidence that they have successfully completed contracts of a similar nature (Supply, installation and maintenance of equipment for plenary halls, conference rooms, etc.) in the last 3 (three) years for the period until the publication of the notice for contract - in total amount of not less than 250,000.00 €. Documentary evidence required: 1.A list (table) which presents similar supply contracts completed in the last 3 (three) years for the period until the publication of the contract notice, specifying the Completed Date, type of supplies included, recipient of supplies, contract amount - in total not less than 250,000.00 €. • Written proof (Reference, Certificate, Report, or other equivalent document) issued by the recipient of supplies for these completed contracts presented in the list (table), where the proof must also indicate the completed value of the contract - in total not less than 250,000.00 €. (copy). Request for medical - LOT-2 : Supply of medical equipment: 1.The economic operator must provide evidence that they have successfully completed contracts of a similar nature (Supply, installation and maintenance of equipment for plenary halls, conference rooms, etc.) in the last 3 (three) years for the period until the publication of the notice for contract - in total amount of not less than 150,000.00 €.
