What Do We Expect From You?

• Managing Kamila Chocolate in Kosovo on the Modern and Traditional channel and achieve sales and distribution goals in a specific channel;
• Conducting marketing research and analysis to make sales strategies for the new and ongoing products.
• Making yearly agreements and setting marketing budgets of supermarket chains to maximize the availability on shelves and to reach sales targets.
• Doing marketing activities to increase awareness of Kamila brand/products in the target sales channels
• Creating and managing a sales team, follows and reports their work.
• Determining sales representatives and merchandisers education needs, assuring to get the right education for them.
• Making sales-distributing organization of our Distributor in Kosovo, set their sales targets separately traditional and modern channels, getting our Distributor’s orders and following its stock level.
• Making periodic field visits in order to observe our ongoing and new products'; other products in the market, activities and shelf prices and report them all.
• Will be mostly in field, and the office will be at the Distributor's office in Vushtiri

Why You?

• If you have + 5 years of FMSC Management experience,

• If you are proficiency in MS Office Tools,
