Position Title:                 English language lecturer

The International Business College Mitrovica (IBC-M) invites applications for teacher in the science field of Economics. IBC-M is an internationally accredited professional higher education institution offering 3.5-year Bachelor Degrees in the fields of Business, Public Administration, Environmental, Agricultural Management and IT. IBC-M issues its own diplomas as well as double degrees with Lithuanian and Danish partners. IBC-M is also offering Master degree in International Management and Leadership (IML). IBC-M is accredited at the institutional and programme level by EVALAG, a German accreditation agency and member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA), since 2012. 

We are looking for 1part-time (20 hours per week) Lecturer to support International Sales and Marketing, Applied IT, Environmental and Agricultural Management and Public administration and social welfare study BA programs in the field of Academic English and Study skills.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Preparing and conducting classes for selected subjects above. 
• Preparing and conducting training courses for professionals;
• Participating in the Educational, Research and Business projects and regional / international networking activities of the IBC-M; 
• Student grading and evaluation;

- Development and quality assurance of courses in cooperation with course team and with international partners;

Requirements and skills:

• Master or PhD degree in English Language and Linguistics;
• Minimum three years of experience in teaching and/or training, preferably in a college or university environment
• Excellent Teaching Skills 
• Candidates who have completed doctoral (masters) studies abroad must also provide evidence of their diploma verification by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation in Kosovo.
• Candidate must prove that he/she is not under police investigation or under any legal action by the court, if requested.
