General Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Performance Analyst to join our Commercial team. The ideal candidate will analyze sales data, provide actionable insights, and support the sales team in achieving their objectives through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (revenue, volume, profitability, market share) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance across products, categories, regions, and customer segments.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to sales leadership and teams to enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to set targets, develop performance improvement plans, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns and competitive performance to identify growth opportunities (e.g., upselling, cross-selling).
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and IT teams to align sales performance with broader business goals.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in sales data reporting and target tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, data analysis, or a related role (B2B or industrial sectors preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
