Quality Assurance Engineer – Manual/Automation (Mid)

We are looking for enthusiastic QA Engineers in Mid-Level roles with experience in either or optimally both manual and automated testing, who can collaborate well with both internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and maintain software solutions.

In our team, you will build digital healthcare systems for a globally operating client, to support and improve the work and lives of healthcare professionals and citizens alike. You will be part of a large agile project organization with multiple delivery squads.

As a successful QA Engineer, you should demonstrate good knowledge of industry best practices and proficiency with passion in software testing; as well as delivering fully functional software that meet the schedule and requirements.

Technical Skills Required

Technical skills required for the Manual Tester position:

• Experience with software testing methodologies and approaches (Test-driven development, regression testing, black box & white box testing, functional testing, load & performance testing, writing and running test cases, test reporting)
• Test Management technologies (such as Xray for Jira, Testlink, Tosca)
• Load Testing technologies (such as jMeter)
• Experience to work in agile software development projects
• Experienced in API testing (REST/ SOAP)

Technical skills required for the Automated Tester position:

• Experience with software testing methodologies and approaches (Test-driven development, regression testing, black box & white box testing, functional testing, load & performance testing, writing and running test cases, test reporting)
• Selenium and Selenium based test frameworks (such as Ranorex, Qmetry, Smartbear, Cucumber, Protractor)
• Code Level Test Frameworks (such as testNG, Junit,)
• Test Management technologies (such as Xray for Jira, Testlink, Tosca) and Load Testing technologies (such as jMeter)
• Understanding of version control tools (such as GitLab, FishEye)
• Experience to work in agile software development projects
• Experienced in API testing (REST/ SOAP)
• Code Inspection (such as SonarQube)

Experience Level

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or acquainted fields
• Typically at least 2 years of professional experience
• As a manual tester, you will design quality assurance and test processes, write and execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application, identify and debug issues with code and suggest changes or improvements
• As an automation tester, you will analyse, design, and determine test scripts, coding, automation, and integration activities required based on specific test requirements, write and execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application​, identify and debug, and create solutions for issues with code and integration into software architecture
