As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company in Kosovo, ensuring that all financial reports and statements are accurate and timely. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company in Kosovo, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
• Work closely with the senior management team to provide financial insights and analysis
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, and auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Albanian is required
