Job Summary

The Acquisition Intern will support the acquisition team in identifying and pursuing potential acquisition targets. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing financial statements and other relevant data, assisting with due diligence, and creating reports to summarize findings. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions and to learn from experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching potential acquisition targets in various industries.
• Help create presentations and reports for senior management on potential acquisitions.
• Analyze financial statements and other data to evaluate the financial health of potential acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets and industry trends.
• Assist in preparing due diligence reports for potential acquisitions.
• Help manage relationships with external advisors, including investment bankers and consultants.
• Provide support on other projects as needed.

Job requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
