Events Coordinator
(Re-Advertisement)
Dexis Consulting Group, implementer for the USAID-funded Kosovo Commercial Justice Activity (Program), is seeking a professional to serve as Events Coordinator of the Program. The Program is a multi-year initiative to reduce opportunities for corruption and encourage investment in Kosovo by helping to improve the resolution of commercial disputes and enforcement of judgements.
The Program is organized into two Objective Areas. Objective 1 addresses resolution of commercial disputes in the courts and enforcement. This includes reform of court-based commercial litigation, training of judges and court staff, strengthening oversight and professionalism of the private enforcement agent profession, and improving the trust of businesses towards commercial justice institutions. Under Objective 2, the Program works to increase the use of alternative dispute resolution, ensure that commercial laws are in accord with European Union and international best practices, and improve public awareness of commercial dispute and enforcement mechanisms.
Public perception plays a significant role in Kosovo’s Commercial Justice environment. To enhance awareness of its reforms and combat persistent negative perceptions toward commercial justice institutions, the Commercial Justice Activity applies a strategic approach to communications and outreach and engages in extensive outreach and messaging activities. The Program conducts public and business surveys and focus group campaigns to understand perceptions at the national and local levels and the reasons underlying those perceptions. The Program then employs targeted messaging to address those perceptions through various creative outreach activites. The Program was approved an extension through February 2026 to support the Commercial Court.
The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Strategic Communication Specialist and Program team members in planning and implementing outreach and strategic communication activities, including:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of outreach strategies to positively influence public opinion – and promote new ideas – through networking events such as Roundtables, Conferences, and Focus Groups;

- Liaising with vendors and stakeholders during the event and activity planning process;
- Booking venues and managing all event set-up and follow-up processes;
- Conducting final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything is in order;
- Ensuring branding and marking compliance of Program-generated materials; and
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by DCOP/COP.
Qualifications and Experience:
