Position: Headhunters

Location: Prishtina

Working hours: 8 hours per day (from 12 to 8 pm)

We are a Recruitment company working with Investment Banks and Investment Firms in America, focusing on the Quant, Risk, Research and Technology markets. We are looking for money motivated individuals to come in and be part of our story.

The ideal candidate

We will consider any experience and any background; however, any potential recruitment consultant must possess:

• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong commercial business acumen
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
• A winning mentality
• The ability to overcome objection and be persistent

Key responsibilities

• Finding new clients/companies who are looking to hire
• Finding staff for those clients
• Maintaining client relationships
• Assisting high caliber candidates find amazing new job opportunities
• Speaking to passive candidates about jobs (cold calls)
