Job Title: Charter Sales Executive/ Charter Broker
Work Model : Full- time (on-site)

Summary of the Job Role
The purpose of the role is to ensure a steady flow of high quality client enquiries, effective follow-up, consistent growth of Charter Sales revenues, geographical reach and new accounts, through effective Key Account Management and sales closures. The goals is to deliver revenue and profitability in accordance with agreed targets. The person will be required to demonstrate strong sales capabilities, creative presenting of offers, outstanding commercial awareness, insightful closing techniques and robust administration
Job Accountabilities:
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold or prospective calling
- Continuous managing, tracking and following up on leads and enquiries
- Conducting targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads
- Establish a steady flow of repeat enquiries from key clients
- Generate new enquiries through business development activities in new industries and charters types.
- Maintain operator relationships to ensure increase in responsiveness to RFPs and competitive rate guarantees
- Provide oversight to assigned client’s flight operations, delivering the highest levels of service, a memorable experience and resultant client satisfaction
- Ensure system and data integrity through effective, timely and accurate data entry and system updating, at every step of the process
Must have: Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in broking or direct sales experience with commendable results in a comparable industry (wealth management, real estate, cargo, insurance etc.) in an international business environment or global company
- Willing to invest long term with the organization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – English as primary business language
- Strong client management skills
- Proactive and results driven with strong attention to detail
- Highly adaptable to changing business environment
- Competitive and highly motivated
- Customer focused with excellent people skills
- Logical approach to problem solving and adapt at keeping up with a changing situation
- Must be willing to working outside of office hours based on operational requirement
Desirable/Good to have:
- Knowledge of aviation charter market – both client and operator is desirable but not mandatory
- Significant experience in Aviation Sales, Broking with a proven track record of deal making in a competitive sales environment.
- Degree level in relevant business qualification
- Direct Sales training
- Desire to progress within the group
